To ensure that you are aware of the dangers, the Window Valet™'s remote power window option is disabled at the factory. The unit knows its own serial number and you are required to enter part of it as a PIN number in order to enable the feature. See the printed documentation for details.

If you cannot agree to the following terms, please return your Window Valet ™ for a full purchase price refund and do not enable the window control option:

1) You will not activate the power windows via remote control unless you are in direct sight of both windows and they are both clear of obstructions and those nearby are aware of the imminent window movement.

2) You will keep all remote key FOB's in a safe place away from animals or children, or anyone who might accidentally activate the power windows, or activate the power windows without knowledge of the dangers.
